Document verification

Roles are verified through document upload and admin approval; unapproved roles never appear on the map. Certificate reminders arrive 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry.

Map badge and a 'how to behave' card

Verified badges show on the map; anyone who taps learns how to behave around a working dog. Walkers get an attention alert for a working dog ahead.

Team screen

Open only to verified members: availability status, optional live location, a readiness card and category filters.

Push-to-talk (PTT)

A voice channel per category: hold and talk. No audio is recorded.

Lost working dog priority

Lost reports spread with a 'WORKING DOG' tag, a 3x wider radius (at least 2 km) and high priority.

Privacy first

Assistance dog badges are off by default and only turned on with explicit consent. Medical details and documents are visible only to the owner.
