By using the HivePet app or the hivepet.com.tr website you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of the Service

HivePet is a pet platform offering features such as a radar map, walk tracking, a street-animal feeding network, a working-dog module and health tracking. The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be over 18 to create an account. The account-free "Little Guardian" guest mode is designed for children to use together with a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

• No misleading, abusive or unlawful content may be shared.
• Other users' personal data may not be collected or shared without consent.
• No automation or interference that harms the service infrastructure.
• No fake incident reports or fake feeding records.

4. About Health Information

Health and vaccination tracking features are informational only; they do not replace veterinary examination or professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The HivePet brand, logo and app content belong to HivePet and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. Changes and Termination

These terms may be updated; material changes are announced via the app or website. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
