KVKK Privacy Notice

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), HivePet (the "Data Controller") provides the following information about the processing of your personal data.

1. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact details: username, e-mail address
• Location data: for the radar map, walk tracking and feeding points (only while using the app and with your permission)
• Pet information: species, name, health and vaccination records
• Usage data: in-app activity and device information

2. Purposes of Processing

• Providing app services (radar, walks, feeding network, health tracking)
• Account creation, authentication and security
• Responding to support requests and improving service quality
• Complying with legal obligations

3. Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers to the extent necessary to deliver the service, and with competent authorities where legally required. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Collection Method and Legal Basis

Data is collected electronically through the mobile app and website, based on the establishment and performance of a contract, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

5. Your Rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, know the third parties it has been transferred to, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@hivepet.com.tr.
